First off, if you haven’t yet, please VOTE and fill out the SURVEY! Yesterday we were excited to share our news that Daleview is now offering flexible assessment payment options to support all households during the proposed pool renovation.

The Board and Committee’s intention from the start of this project is to build a pool and grounds that will sustain the legacy of the pool for generations to come, while maintaining the strong bonds and community that has been built for the last 67 years. We also recognize that not everyone may have a pool membership in their long-term plans that covers the duration of this possible renovation, so we are happy to share information regarding a refund plan for those who may be interested.

Lump Sum Payment Refund Plan

Who is eligible: Members who choose to pay in full by Spring 2026 will also be eligible for a partial refund if they leave Daleview after the 2026 or 2027 seasons, as long as their membership spot is filled.

How It Works

Refund available for members who leave the Pool after the 2026 or 2027 seasons
Refund amount decreases each year
Payment timing within 90 days after your membership spot is filled
Processing order first to cancel, first to receive refund

Refund Amounts by Year

If You Cancel on or before February 28, 2027

You get back 50% of your assessment

Individual: $625
Family 2-3: $1,000
Family 4+: $1,250

If You Cancel March 1, 2027 – February 29, 2028

You get back 25% of your assessment

Individual: $312.50
Family 2-3: $500
Family 4+: $625

Key Point

This refund plan is only available to members who pay their assessment in full upfront by Spring 2026. That means you’re helping Daleview cash flow for the project and getting some protection if your circumstances change. Refunds will be paid out only if new members join to maintain 100% occupancy of membership.
