ABOUT MEMBERSHIP

Thank you for your interest in Daleview Pool! At this point, we are taking requests for summer 2026 and beyond. If you are interested in being on the waitlist, please click on the “join” tab under the membership category. You will need to fill out the waitlist form and pay the nonrefundable $50.00 waitlist fee. This fee will be applied as a credit on your membership bill when you join.

Please note that we are planning a major renovation of Daleview which is planned to take place from September 2026 to May 2027. We will not lose a season. To help finance this necessary project, we will be charging a renovation assessment to all members, current and new. The renovation assessment can be paid as a lump sum or in installments. The estimated amount of the assessment is $2,500 for families of 4 or more, $2,000 for families of 2 or 3, and $1,250 for single members.

The membership team makes membership offers in the early part of the year, once we know how many openings we may have based on member resignations. At that time, the team will reach out to those on the waitlist in the order of the date they joined the waitlist. In the meantime, if your contact information changes, please log into your Daleview waitlist account to make updates.

If you are contacted and are interested in joining the pool, you will be asked to fill out an application form, and receive instructions about payment of membership fees.

Daleview offers both full and single season memberships. Full memberships become available when a current member resigns. Daleview’s by-laws allow for 325 full memberships. We also offer some single season memberships but only after we have filled all our full memberships.

Full Membership Fees:

All full members pay annual dues, based on family size. For 2026 they are:

Household of 1 person	$485
Household of 2 persons	$780
Household of 3 persons	$810
Household of 4 persons	$835
Household of 5 or more persons	$865
Single season summer membership	$1,240

Please note that (per our bylaws) a family membership is defined as persons who are permanent year-round residents of the household. This may include children, relatives and/or housemates.
