Based on member feedback this summer—including responses to the financial survey—and updated input from the pool design firm, Daleview is now offering flexible assessment payment options to support all households. Whether you prefer to pay upfront or need more time, we have plans to provide members financial flexibility while helping keep our renovation plans on track.

Assessment Payment Options

Our current projected estimate amounts are provided below for reference. All payment information below will be scaled once the final assessment amounts are determined

Estimated Assessment Amounts

• Individual Membership: $1,250
• Family 2-3 Members: $2,000
• Family 4+ Members: $2,500

How You Can Pay

Option 1: Pay in Full (Best for Daleview)

• When: By Spring 2026
• Amount: Your full assessment amount
• Why this helps: Gives Daleview funds for construction costs upfront and early, and allows other members to spread their payments out

Option 2: Split Payment

• Year 1: 50% by Spring 2026
• Year 2: 50% by Spring 2027

Option 3: Extended Payment

• Year 1: 50% by Spring 2026
• Year 2: 25% by Spring 2027
• Year 3: 25% by Spring 2028

NOTE: In MemberSplash we’ll make monthly and quarterly schedules available for members who want to divide these plans into more frequent but smaller payments
